Shipping Information

1. Shipping Areas
We ship throughout Italy, including islands, and to Europe. For some remote locations, limited traffic zones (ZTL), or isolated areas, times and costs may vary; in such cases, we will inform you before processing the order.
2. Order Processing
Orders for products available in stock are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the first subsequent business day. You will receive a confirmation email and, upon shipment, tracking information.
3. Delivery Times
From the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment, estimated times are:
– Mainland Italy: 1–2 business days
– Islands and remote areas: 3–6 business days
– E-Scooters available in stock (Italy): 48 hours, delivered by our own means
– E-Scooters not available in stock: 7–10 business days
– Other made-to-order products: according to availability, communicated and confirmed before processing
The indicated times are estimated and not binding: any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation, except as provided by current legislation.
4. Shipping Costs
– Italy, orders up to €99.99: €12.00
– Italy, orders equal to or greater than €100.00: free shipping
– Europe and bulky goods / palletized goods: cost calculated at checkout or by dedicated quote
The applied cost is always calculated and shown transparently at checkout, before order confirmation.
5. Couriers and Delivery Methods
Shipments, both in Italy and Europe, are entrusted to express couriers GLS and DHL. The choice of courier may vary based on product type, weight, volume, and destination. Standard delivery is to street level. For mobility aids and bulky goods, it is possible to request floor delivery, available upon request and potentially subject to a supplement; please contact us before ordering to arrange the details.
E-Scooters:
– Italy: delivery made directly with our own vehicles. For models in stock, delivery occurs within 48 hours; for those not in stock, times are 7–10 business days.
– Europe: shipped via GLS or DHL courier.
6. Shipment Tracking
When the shipment is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time on the courier's website. (Not applicable to E-Scooters delivered in Italy with our own vehicles, for which we will arrange delivery directly.)
7. Receipt and Verification of Goods
Given the medical nature of the products, upon delivery, carefully check the integrity of the packaging. In the presence of damaged, tampered with, or wet packages:
– accept the goods by writing "accepted with reservation of inspection" on the courier's delivery note;
– if possible, document the damage with photographs of the packaging and contents;
– report the incident to us within 8 days of delivery using the contact details at the bottom.
Signing the delivery note without reservation implies acceptance of the goods and may limit the possibility of contesting transport damages.
8. Recipient Absent and Failed Delivery
In case of recipient absence, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a notice of attempted delivery according to their procedures. If the goods are not collected within the specified period, they will be returned to the sender; any redelivery costs may be charged. Verify the correctness of the address and contact details when ordering: we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
9. Made-to-Order Products
Some items not available in stock are procured upon request: for these products, delivery times are extended and will be communicated and confirmed before processing.

Rolektro Italy Warranty and Technical Assistance
Z.A.M.I. Medical Care S.R.L. is the reference point for warranty and technical assistance for Rolektro electric vehicles and scooters in Italy. Our service supports you at every stage: warranty activation, technical support, original spare parts, and repairs, for safe and compliant use of your vehicle.
1. Statutory Warranty of Conformity
All Rolektro products purchased through our channels are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005):
– 24 months from delivery for purchases made by consumers (private individuals);
– 12 months for purchases made by VAT-registered individuals in the course of their professional activity.
The warranty covers conformity defects present at the time of delivery and is activated by retaining the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2. Battery and Wear-and-Tear Components
The warranty does not cover the natural deterioration of battery capacity due to normal use, charge/discharge cycles, and aging, nor does it cover components subject to wear and tear such as, but not limited to, tires, brake pads and discs, light bulbs, fuses, brushes, gaskets, and aesthetic parts. Any manufacturing defects of the battery and components present at delivery remain covered. To preserve battery capacity, it is essential to follow the charging and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer, performing the first full charge before use.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
– improper, negligent, or non-compliant use according to the user manual;
– damage from impacts, falls, accidents, overload, or accidental events;
– damage caused by atmospheric agents, floods, or immersion beyond declared resistance limits;
– tampering, interventions, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel;
– modifications or technical alterations to the vehicle, controller, motor, or battery;
– lack of or incorrect routine maintenance;
– normal wear and tear of components.
4. Modifications and Homologation
Any structural or technical modification made to the vehicle — including tampering aimed at increasing its speed or performance — entails the invalidation of road homologation, loss of warranty rights, and cessation of insurance coverage. Conversion between different battery systems (e.g., from lead-acid to lithium) is not permitted and results in the loss of homologation. The use of electric vehicles and scooters is subject to the rules of the Highway Code and applicable current legislation.
5. How to Request Warranty Assistance
In case of malfunction or defect, always contact Rolektro Italy technical assistance managed by Z.A.M.I. Medical Care S.R.L. before performing or having any intervention performed. In many cases, the problem can be resolved directly with the support of our technicians, without the need to return the vehicle.
To speed up the process, please have available:
– the vehicle's serial/frame number;
– the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt);
– a detailed description of the problem, with any photos or videos;
– your contact details (email and phone) to be contacted.
Warranty repairs performed by unauthorized workshops or third parties without prior authorization from Z.A.M.I. Medical Care S.R.L. do not entitle you to any reimbursement or recognition of costs.
6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs and Spare Parts
After the warranty period expires, or for uncovered interventions, we provide technical assistance, original Rolektro spare parts, and repairs based on a quote. Contact us to check availability, lead times, and costs of the intervention.
7. Transport and Return for Assistance
Should it be necessary to return the vehicle or a component for repair, the shipping, packaging, and collection methods will be agreed upon with our assistance service when the request is opened. We kindly ask you not to send any product before receiving confirmation and instructions from us.
8. Recommended Maintenance
For safe use and to preserve the validity of the warranty, periodically check the condition of the lighting system, brakes, tire pressure, and battery charge level, following the instructions in the Rolektro user manual.
